Practice Schedule (What do I bring?)
Swimmers should be ready to begin at the scheduled time, so arrive 5-10 min early. Ages are a guideline and swimmers are placed by Head Coach based on what is best for all swimmers in a group.
2026 Summer Schedule June 1 to June 12 (after school finishes)
Monday through Friday
6:30 am to 7:00 am ...............Beginners / Non-Swimmers
7:00 am to 7:45 am ...............Bronze (swims free/back; can swim unassisted)
7:45 am to 8:45 am ...............Silver (learning to master breast, fly, IM)
8:45 am to 9:45 am ...............Gold (mastered breast, fly, IM; working on speed)

5:30-6:00: ALL Beginners
6:00-7:00: Silver
7:00-7:45: Bronze (10 & Under)
7:00-8:00: Bronze (11 & Up)
2026 PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE starting 4/13/2026 - 4/24/2026
Monday through Friday
4:30 pm to 5:15 pm ..............ages 13 & 14 PLUS 15 & Up
5:15 pm to 5:45 pm ..............ages 6 & under PLUS non-swimmers
5:45 pm to 6:30 pm ..............ages 11 & 12
6:30 pm to 7:15 pm ..............ages 7 & 8
7:15 pm to 8:00 pm ..............ages 9 & 10
The age group is based on what the swimmer's age will be on the May 01 cutoff. Athlete skills will be evaluated during this period.

INVITATIONAL PRACTICE (Only RWB & PON swimmers allowed)
Monday to Friday (June 15-18)
7:00 AM to 8:00 AM...................ALL Invitational swimmers
Attendance is not required at every practice, but each swimmer is encouraged to attend as many practices as possible. Excessive absences from practice may affect a swimmer’s placement on a relay team.
Practices are held Mondays through Fridays at the Concord Bridge Pool. In the case of inclement weather, a practice cancellation notice will be posted at the pool and on the website. Dry-land practice will be held in the event of water problems (too cold, chemical imbalance, etc.). Therefore, swimmers should bring tennis shoes to each practice. Swimmers should also make sure to bring their bathing suits, a towel, swim cap, and goggles to each practice.
Only Dolphin swimmers participating in their swim team practice session and their parents should be in the pool area during swim team practice. Anyone else will be asked to leave unless there is a specific need for him or her to be in the pool area. Please do NOT help the coaches during swim practice and do NOT deal with the lifeguards. Contact a Board member if you have problems with the coaches or lifeguards.
PARENTS ARE IN CHARGE OF GOVERNING THEIR SWIMMER before and after practice. -This includes, but is not limited to, behavior and whereabouts at all times.
Please refrain from interacting with your swimmers during practice (stay away from the edge of the pool – the deck area is only for the coaches and swimmers). This distracts the kids from listening to the coach “coaching” – please remind your kids to go the restroom BEFORE practice.
If your schedule prevents you from getting your child to his/her scheduled age group practice, please do not assume it is okay to bring your child to the next practice group. Your swimmer must attend the practice time scheduled for his or her age group.
Contact a Board Member if you have any problems with the coaches or lifeguards.
