*Exceptions to refund policy * - A $50 refund will be given to any family that has a swimmer who has particpated in a portion of the season and decides not to remain on the team and the unused team suit is returned to CBST - The team must be notified of this status on or before May 4th
No full refunds, for practice conflicts, or any delays in communication.

Post-Season Invitational Meet Fees
Swimmers are required to pay if they sign up for the Invitational Meets. Fees generally range from $7.00 per event to $10.00 per event. Not all swimmers will qualify to swim in an Invitational Meet, and swimmers are not required to attend the Invitational Meets.

Volunteer Deposit Fee
Each family is required to leave a separate payment of $175 as a volunteer deposit, to be turned in on the first day of practice. At the end of the season, for those families that have met their minimum points, your deposit will be returned to you. If you pay by check, your check will be held and not cashed; if you leave a credit card number on file, it will not be charged unless minimum points are not met by end of season. Parent Survey results from prior years overwhelmingly showed "No pay, no swim" if the volunteer deposit is not submitted. Therefore, in accordance with the wishes of the Concord Bridge Swim Team families, the Board will enforce this policy.
